  2. What is the v.90 status of your network?

As of August 1999, all ZipLink access numbers available for ZipDial support the V.90 56K modem protocol.

  3. I notice that when I do a traceroute to you, it goes through MAE-EAST (or other heavily loaded peering point). What can I do to eliminate this delay?

To avoid this latency, your best option is put in dedicated frame-relay or DSL connection (that doesn't go through the overloaded peering point) that can handle a static IP address.
